About the project

Sirena is a startup young man who grew up rapidly and seeks to improve its product, a CRM that allows for the management of potential clients who consult it via different digital media.

Its main market are the car dealerships. This platform has a focus on the vendors but recognizes the need to improve for the management, particularly the Marketing and Commercial.

Needs

The platform is effective but young, so that is in the process of expansion and you need to understand how they interact with the managers with the dashboard, and what information is vital to visualize. The specific need is to understand the face of the management from the perspective of the management of marketing and sales.

Challenges

To make the reframing of the problem to do a Design Sprint. Download research methodologies with the team of Mermaid, so they can continue iterating once the project is finished. To understand as it is and to facilitate a Design Sprint.

Results

After a workshop where we define person is modeled to two main users. After eight interviews, five with marketing managers and five with commercial managers, we find different patterns that allowed us to put out more than 20 of insights and different operable to be able to work.

With the insights found we ran a workshop on prioritization where they gave hierarchy, then held a workshop ideation of three days to be able to create proposals, prototiparlas and test with users.

Throughout the process, we work hand-in-hand with the team to Mermaid to be able to transmit and teach the methodology, providing feedback and explaining each process.

At the end of the tour were found over 20 insights and currently the team prepares your prototype so cross-platform to continue testing and iterating with users.

Recognize a growth of implementation of the methodology within the team and the maturity of this. It introduced the need for the work inter areas, whether in the area of Customer Success, Marketers, Managers.
