Tamiz is a tool that enables businesses and self-employed persons of Spain to find public biddings of the state that are tailored to their interests, being able to visualize the main data, download, documentation and follow-up of those marked as saved.
Needs
Establish design guidelines and Design System for the product.
Design the interactions in the process of search and selection of tenders focused on best practices in usability.
Challenges
Optimize the architecture of the information to read simple and easy to access. Adapt the technicality of the process to a language that is clear to users.

Results
From a previous analysis of the competition and interviews with leading companies previously carried out by the product team designed all of the interfaces to then be validated with users.
We designed a landing commercial explaining the main features of the tool and the main access for guests, such as onboarding of pre-configuration, the sections of tenders recommended, “My bids” and detail of tenders, profile pages, and legal, and mailings.

Testing with users
In the two sessions of testing gave positive results and some points of improvement, which were subsequently iterados.
